I started Robot Repair Company because I got tired of seeing perfectly good robots end up in landfills over a $40 part. Most “repair” options today are: ship it back to the manufacturer, wait three weeks, pay nearly the cost of a new one — or buy a new one.
So I’m trying something different in central New Jersey: I’ll come pick up your broken robot, diagnose it for free, and tell you honestly whether it’s worth fixing. If it’s not, I’ll say so — and bring it back at no charge.

FAQ
How long does a typical repair take?+
Most repairs are done within 5–10 business days from pickup. We'll give you a more specific estimate with your quote, based on parts availability.
What if you can't fix my robot?+
If it's beyond repair or the cost would be more than replacing it, we'll tell you honestly — and return it to your door at no charge.
Are you authorized by iRobot, Roborock, etc.?+
No — we're an independent repair service. That means we can fix robots that are out of warranty or ones the manufacturer would rather you replace.
Do you use original parts?+
When we can. For common wear items (brushes, filters, batteries), we use OEM-equivalent parts that meet original specs. We always tell you which on the quote.
Will my Wi-Fi maps and saved data be wiped?+
Usually no — most repairs preserve your settings. If a repair requires a factory reset, we'll let you know in the quote so you can decide.
Do you warranty your repairs?+
Yes. Every repair comes with a 60-day workmanship warranty. If something we fixed fails again, we'll fix it again — free.
